Rob & Kim Sims Physiotherapists Inc has a long-standing association with some of Cape Town’s leading orthopaedic surgeons. We regularly rehabilitate patients who have undergone joint replacements, tendon repairs, ligament reconstructions and bone surgery. Following each surgeon’s broad protocols, we develop exercise programmes to ensure strength, range of movement and function are regained as early and as effectively as possible.
Each programme is individually based and progressed accordingly, from the acute stages of post-operative recovery through to complete return to sport or day to day activity.
